Split into two teams, they competed against six other local schools to design and build a personnel (egg!) carrier capable of crossing uneven terrain. With just the morning to bring their ideas to life, the afternoon was spent presenting their creations to a panel of BAE Systems experts.

Both teams worked brilliantly, impressing other schools and judges alike with their innovative designs. While we didn’t take home the overall prize, we’re thrilled to announce that one of our teams won the Best Design Award!

Their submarine trophy is now proudly on display in our Design & Technology department.
