Military Feminist Macbeth
Our cast of Macbeth performed their modern interpretation of a Military Feminist Macbeth for the Shakespeare Schools Festival at South Hill Park Arts Centre in Bracknell on 13th November 2024 and in school on 27th and 28th November.
A heartfelt shout out to the incredible Wavell Shakespeare School Cast for all their outstanding performances of Macbeth! Their creativity, passion, and respect for one another made this project an absolute joy. A huge thank you as well to all the staff who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make this production such a success.

SSF Macbeth 2024
Just wanted to say that my daughter and I both had a fantastic time on Wednesday. It’s not easy to hold the attention of a six year-old for that long, but she was riveted throughout. She said it was “brilliant” and made her “want to be in a Shakespeare play when she’s older” – so a huge thank you to everyone involved in the production for showing her the wonderful opportunities that lie in wait at “grown-up school"
