Easter Egg Hunt 2026

Year 8 students rounded off the Spring Term with an action-packed Easter Egg Hunt, joined by equally enthusiastic teachers in what is a lively annual event.

Teams raced against the clock to complete Easter-themed worksheets and collect stickers, while Heads of House added to the excitement by walking, jogging and even running around the school grounds—undeterred by light drizzle—carrying special stickers for students to find. Meanwhile, Year 10 helpers were stationed at House tables in the hall, distributing stickers once worksheets had been correctly completed.

At the end of the competition, Miss Cossburn, Head of Houses, presented prizes to the top team in each House and announced the overall House winners. All participants were rewarded with chocolate treats in recognition of their efforts.

The event proved a great success, with Year 8 students showing determination and enthusiasm throughout. Special thanks were given to the Year 10 helpers and staff who supported the day, with particular appreciation for Mr Campbell, who organised the event.
